I received this order, and I am extremely disappointed. The product has a large dent and multiple scratches, which is completely unacceptable. This is not the condition I expected for a new item. The damage is very noticeable, and it clearly shows a lack of proper quality control. I am really upset about this and expect an immediate resolution.
