Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — in Karachi, we deliver through our own team, and outside Karachi, we deliver via trusted 3PL partners.
What are the delivery charges?
- Free Delivery on orders above Rs.5,499
- Orders below Rs. 5,499: Flat delivery charges of Rs. 270 apply.
What payment methods do you offer?
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, UPaisa, Raast RTP, and Zindagi App — all processed securely via PayFast
What should I do if my product is wrong or damaged?
When you receive your parcel, please record an unboxing video. If there is any issue, WhatsApp us on our complaint number 0300-0203129 between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Can I check my order upon delivery?
In Karachi, since we have our own delivery service, you can check your order upon delivery. For orders outside Karachi, courier services usually do not allow parcel checking before payment — but don’t worry, if there’s any issue, our customer service team will fully support you.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can checkout as a guest — but creating an account allows you to track orders and receive exclusive offers.
