Rectangle Cake & Brownies Baking Tray Galvanized Steel 9 X 13 Inch

One of the tray that I got was good. Considering that I run a bakery and a frequent buyer, they lit gave me the shittiest tin "hand folded" tray and upon showing them the proof, they told me video of opening is required, like did I fold the tin myself?!! It was my mistake to not open it while recording I know but their mistake was pretty obvious and I am such a frequent buyer and their customer service is soooo awful. If there's ever another store with the baking stuff like them, I'll not even give it a second thought and switch bcs this is the second time they have disappointed me bcs once they were sold out, took my order regardless and made me late for 2 whole weeks
